How We Protect Your Personal Information

All of our staff and supervisors, as well as our managing director, will participate in a workshop four times a year in how to keep our privacy standards up-to-date.  These workshops will detail the best ways to protect your information whether it is exchanged by mail, over the phone or through online interactions.

All handling of personal data will strictly adhere to Article 23 of Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
